These draft terms describe the rules for using VoyceUp, including profiles, posts, Voyces, messages, and Arena challenges. The final terms will identify the service operator, contact details, eligibility requirements, and effective date.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Do not impersonate another person, use someone else's account without permission, or create accounts to manipulate votes or engagement. The minimum age and any parent or guardian permission requirements must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.

Respect the community

Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate directed at protected groups, sexual exploitation, or private information about someone without permission. Do not scam people, send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the site's security. Do not solicit sexual content from minors.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the content you create. By uploading it, you give VoyceUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the features you use. This does not transfer ownership to VoyceUp. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for music, images, recordings, and people appearing in your uploads.

Public content may be viewed or copied by others. Removing content cannot undo copies other people have already made. Any remaining backup or legal-retention handling must be described in the final Privacy Policy.

Arena challenges

Follow the rules, categories, deadlines, and eligibility requirements published for each challenge. An entry may require review before it appears. Do not buy votes, automate voting, use duplicate accounts to vote, or otherwise manipulate results. Voting closes at the published deadline; archived challenges remain viewable. Prizes or additional conditions apply only when explicitly stated in the challenge rules.

Moderation and access

VoyceUp may review content and restrict or remove content or account access when needed to address rule violations, legal obligations, or security risks. The final version of these terms will explain how to contact the operator about a moderation decision.

Availability and changes

Features may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important content. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law. Material updates will be identified in the published terms with an updated effective date.
