A little help finding your Voyce.

How do I get started?

Create an account with your phone number or email, choose a username, and add a profile photo and bio. Keep your password private. Use Discover to find people and the Feed to see what the community is sharing.

How do I change my photo or banner?

Open your own profile and select the camera icon on your photo or banner. Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image, check the preview, and save. The banner editor lets you drag the image or use its position sliders to choose the crop.

How do I record a Voyce?

Select Voyce to open the recorder on your profile. Allow microphone access when your browser asks. Your profile Voyce can be up to 10 seconds. If recording is blocked, check the microphone permission for this site in your browser settings.

How do Arena challenges work?

Open the Arena, read the challenge details, and choose a category. Submit before the entry deadline. Entries may need approval before appearing publicly. When voting is open, signed-in members can vote once per category. After voting ends, you can still view the challenge, but you cannot add votes.

Why did my upload fail?

Check the file type and size limit shown beside the upload field. Keep the page open while the progress bar runs. After transfer, the server may need time to process the file. If a message says the save was not confirmed, check your profile or entries before retrying so you do not create a duplicate.

If the message includes HTTP 404, refresh the page and try again once. If it continues, save the exact error, file type, approximate size, and time it happened for the site administrator. Do not send your password.

How do I raise a concern or request account help?

Our public support contact is being finalized and will be listed here. Never share your password, private verification codes, or sensitive documents in public posts. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
